Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after processing: Domestic (United States) 3–7 business days; International 7–21 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly indicated.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
