Refund and Return Policy
At Kose Global LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you have a question about a specific product.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at mustafa@koseglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at mustafa@koseglobal.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
